Job summary

Bupa Dental Care in Winchester on Southgate Street is seeking a Dental Nurse to join our team. You will provide clinical chair-side support, assist with instrument decontamination, and help with reception duties in a busy practice.

We cover GDC registration and DBS checks, offer career development with clear progression, and provide extensive benefits. Your pattern includes Tue/Wed/Thu 2‑8pm and Fri/Sat 8‑8pm, with ongoing training and support.

Qualifications

• Must be GDC registered and eligible to work in the UK.
• Dentally experience preferred.
• Ensure CQC standards are met in daily practice.
• Update and maintain digitally held patient records.
• Set up and manage instrument decontamination processes.
• Provide chair-side support to dentists during procedures.
• Fulfill reception duties as required.
• Commit to delivering outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based chair-side support to dentists during procedures.
• Assist with decontamination of instruments and instrument processing.
• Manage reception duties when required and support patient flow.
• Maintain accurate digital patient records and documentation.
• Contribute to a safe, compliant practice with CQC standards.
• Support colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care.

Working pattern – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays 2‑8pm / Friday and Saturdays 8‑8pm
