Job summary

PortmanDentex in Truro is seeking a qualified Dental Nurse to join the Portman Smile Clinic, a 4-surgery orthodontic practice caring for NHS and private patients. You’ll work in a modern, nurse-led setting alongside orthodontists and therapists.

Training will be provided to support you within your scope of practice. Shifts typically include Tue/Wed/Fri 08:00–17:00 with ad hoc Saturday cover; parking is available.

Qualifications

• A recognised Dental Nursing qualification and active GDC registration
• A caring and empathetic approach, with strong communication skills
• A team player who thrives on providing great service and building relationships with colleagues and patients
• Orthodontic experience is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided
