Job summary

Portman Smile Clinic Ilkley, part of PortmanDentex, is recruiting a qualified dental nurse to join our orthodontic practice in Ilkley. You will work in a friendly, modern setting, under specialist orthodontists and therapists, with scope to operate independently within nurse-led clinics.

We offer full-time hours (part-time considered), a competitive rate from £13.50 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including GDC, indemnity and CPD costs covered, a clear career pathway, wellbeing

Typical shifts:Monday 8am-5pm,Tuesday 8am-6pm,Wednesday 8am-5pm, Thursday 8am-1pm,Friday 7.30am-4.30pm

Competitive hourly rate from: £13.50 per hour

Specialist Orthodontic practice,caring for both NHS and private patients

Well-equipped surgeries,working alongside Specialist Orthodontists and Therapists

Opportunity to work independently within ournurse-led clinics, and fully within your scope of practice

About you

We’dlove to receive your application to our Dental Nurse vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

A recognised Dental Nursing qualification and active GDC registration

Apositiveand empathetic approach, withstrong communicationskills

A team player who thrives on providing great service and building relationships with colleagues and patients

Orthodontic experience is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided
