Job summary

MBR Dental Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Dental Nurse for a permanent, full-time role in Fleet, Hampshire. The position involves chairside assistance, patient care, infection control, instrument preparation, and occasional reception duties within a mixed practice.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of dental nursing experience, current GDC registration and a valid DBS certificate.

• Experience with Dentally software is preferred.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and team focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists with chairside procedures.

• Clean, sterilise and prepare instruments.
• Maintain dental equipment and treatment rooms.
• Support decontamination procedures and occasional reception duties.

Dental Nurse – Fleet, Hampshire (Full Time)

MBR Dental is currently recruiting for a Dental Nurse to join a friendly mixed dental practice in Fleet, Hampshire on a permanent, full-time basis.

• Start as soon as possible (notice periods considered)
• Permanent, full-time role – 33.5 hours per week
• Working hours:
  • Tuesday: 8:15am – 5:15pm
  • Wednesday: 7:15am – 4:45pm
  • Thursday & Friday: 8:15am – 5:15pm
• Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 per year, depending on experience

About the Role

As a Dental Nurse, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the clinical team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting dentists with chairside procedures
• Providing excellent patient care and support
• Infection prevention and control
• Cleaning, sterilising and preparing instruments
• Maintaining dental equipment and treatment rooms
• Supporting decontamination procedures
• Occasional reception duties
• Ensuring compliance with CQC standards

The practice offers a range of treatments including general dentistry, Invisalign and dental implants.

About You

To be considered, you should have:

• A minimum of 1 year's Dental Nursing experience
• Current GDC registration
• A valid DBS certificate
• Experience using Dentally software (preferred)
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
