Woodborough House Dental Practice in Pangbourne, Berks, is seeking a qualified surgical/implant dental nurse to join a busy, award-winning private practice. You will assist our prosthodontist with complex implant procedures and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Fully funded radiography and sedation training are offered. The role is full-time, with potential for part-time hours (Tuesdays and Thursdays).

Qualifications

• Qualified dental nurse with practical surgical experience preferred.
• Experience in a specialist or surgical environment is desirable.
• Willingness to pursue radiography and sedation training if desired.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified and experienced surgical/implant dental nurse to join our friendly team at our award-winning, busy private practice in Pangbourne, Berks.

Primary duties will include assisting our specialist prosthodontist with complex implant surgery alongside our current team. Previous experience nursing in a specialist and surgical environment is desirable as you will also be working with our endodontist and periodontist, as well as our general dentists. However, we are also happy to consider a nurse with a desire to further their own skills and qualifications. In addition fully funded radiography and sedation training will be provided, if desired.

The ideal candidate will need to be organised, efficient and willing to mentor other junior and trainee nurses. We are looking for someone with a passion for dentistry, a willingness to embrace innovative techniques and new ideas.

This is a full time position, but we may consider part time hours which will include Tuesday and Thursday

Salary will depend on qualifications and experience
