Overview

DENTAL HYGIENIST/THERAPIST ROLE TO COVER 3 SITES

• Locations: Wolverhampton, Stafford (ST21) & Newport (TF10) — all practices within 20 miles of each other.
• Practice type: Mainly private with some NHS contract at Stafford; all sites are largely private and busy/high-end.
• Current staffing: Nursing support provided; established patient list. Role available due to current candidate relocating.
• Facilities: Airflow, digital x-rays; all surgeries are air conditioned. Onsite parking at Wolverhampton; Newport & Stafford have free parking nearby.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental hygiene/therapist services across up to 3 sites as required.
• Work with implants as this is largely implant-based care.
• Ensure appointments of minimum 30 minutes with nursing support.
• Maintain an established patient list and high standard of patient care.

Requirements

• Experience working in a private practice.
• Experience or comfort with implant-based treatments.

Schedule & Availability

• Ideal coverage on Mondays, with 1–2 additional days in the week.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 1 Saturday per month; 2 Saturdays per month preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Offering £32ph–£38ph depending on experience.
• Onsite nursing support; 30-minute appointment slots.
• Airflow, digital x-rays; all surgeries air conditioned.

Logistics

• Wolverhampton site: 4 surgeries – fully private.
• Newport site: 3 surgeries – fully private.
• Stafford site: 2 surgeries (will be 3 next year) – mainly private with small NHS contract.
