Dental Beauty Orthodontics in Sutton is seeking a Dental Hygienist for 2nd and 4th Saturdays. The role offers independent working with a clinically led practice, modern facilities, and a supportive team. GDC registration with UK experience and indemnity coverage are required; Hep B immunisations and a clear DBS are necessary.

Dentally software experience is a plus. Join a newly acquired site with strong patient focus and opportunities for ongoing training within the hygiene academy and team

Qualifications

• GDC registration is required and experience in the UK is preferred.
• Must be able to work independently without chairside nursing support.
• Hep B immunisations should be up to date.
• Clear DBS certificate and full indemnity cover.
• Ability to deliver a high-quality patient journey.
• Dentally software experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality dental hygiene treatment under prescription of an Associate/Specialist.
• Offer a variety of treatments within scope of practice.
• Follow practice policies and procedures per GDC guidelines.
• Ensure professional indemnity and insurance are in place and CPD is undertaken.
• Promote and maintain good relationships with the dental team.

Newly Acquired, Highly Reputable Practice
2nd & 4th Saturdays of the month available

Dental Beauty Partners are excited to be opening a search for an experienced Dental Hygienist to join us here at our newly acquired site with Dental Beauty Orthodontics, in Sutton. Our practice is well established & highly reputable, led by our experienced Partner. Dr Devayani Arya.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced clinical team in delivering a high quality treatment journey to our patients. We are looking for a dedicated & forward-thinking hygienist who is able to build good relationships with patients. You will have access to high quality equipment & materials, and work within a supportive environment in a fresh and modern surgery.

Working Hours: We have availability on the 2nd & 4th Saturdays of each month, 8.20AM-3PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a high-quality dental hygiene treatment under the prescription of an Associate/Specialist in line with current legislation and regulations
• Offering a variety treatment within your scope of practice
• Following practice policies & procedures at all times in line with GDC guidelines
• Ensure that the required professional indemnity and insurance are in place and that all necessary CPD is undertaken
• Promote, establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the dental team

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Valid GDC registration - ideally with 2 years' experience working as a hygienist in the UK
• The successful candidate must be able to work independently without chairside nursing support as we are unable to provide this as part of the position
• Valid Immunisations (Hep B)
• Clear DBS certificate (we can support with this if required) & full indemnity cover
• Able to deliver a fantastic patient journey & ensure our patients have a positive experience in practice
• Dentally software experience would be advantageous but not essential
