Dental Field Service Engineer

The Company

My client is one of the largest dental equipment suppliers in the UK. They offer a full comprehensive range of products including X‑ray, suction devices, autoclaves, dental chairs and other associated dental equipment trusted by practices throughout the United Kingdom for first class product reliability and service.

Role Overview

Following expansion, they seek to recruit a customer focused and technically motivated Field Service Engineer, responsible for service, repair, breakdown and maintenance of their range of dental equipment at dental practices in the North West area.

Qualifications

To be considered, you must have a strong background working in a customer facing Field Service Engineer role or be an ex‑HM Forces Engineer with an electro‑mechanical or electronic service background. Applications are also welcomed from Service Engineers with dental equipment experience, autoclaves, washer disinfectors, biomedical equipment or medical devices. General electrical‑mechanical skills are encouraged, as well as HM Forces Engineers with REME, Navy or RAF background. You must have impeccable customer service skills and remain confident and professional in customer facing environments.
