Job summary

Henry Schein is seeking a dentist for Southwell to work Mondays and Tuesdays, with hours 8:30am-5:15pm. Start date: January 2027. Role begins with UDAs for the first three months, then shifts to a private practice.

The incoming clinician will receive plan patients; implants will be built into the workload. Implant, perio, or oral surgery interest is welcome, with support to enter implants. The practice features four surgeries, digital x-rays, iTero/CBCT, 3D printing on site, and a focus on

Qualifications

• Active NHS performer number required.
• Mixed or Private dental experience preferred.
• Interest in Implants, Periodontics and/or Oral Surgery welcome.

Responsibilities

• Carry out UDAs for the first 3 months (until March 2027).
• Transition to fully Private role thereafter.
• Build implant list and plan patient cases.
• Utilise digital imaging and scanners for treatment planning.

Job description

DENTIST REQUIRED IN SOUTHWELL- INTEREST IN IMPLANTS, PERIO OR ORAL SURGERY IS WELCOME

To work Mondays & Tuesdays (they may potentially have Weds to offer too)

Working hours: 8:30am- 5:15pm with 1 hour lunch break

Start date: January 2027

The role with involve carrying out UDA’s for the first 3 months (until March 2027), it will then become a fully Private role

The incoming practitioner will receive some plan patients, the implant list will need to be built

UDA rate upto £14.50 per UDA

Private split will be on a sliding scale, this will be discussed in more detail at an interview stage

Lab bills split 50/50

The practice have a great focus on marketing

They have 60 new patients per month

All candidates must have Mixed or Private dental experience, with an active NHS performer number to apply

Interests in Implants, Periodontics and/or Oral surgery are welcome

They are happy to provide support to someone looking to get into implants, they have a clinician who can help with this

The new clinician will go into a newly renovated surgery room
