Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc is seeking a Technologist specializing in Denim and Outerwear to own quality across product categories, from development through production. You will work with Buying, Merchandising, Design and suppliers to implement the quality framework and drive improvements while mentoring colleagues.

You will lead fit sessions, review test reports, and influence cross-functional teams to deliver right-first-time products with strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Specialist knowledge of Denim and Outerwear.
• Understanding of garment construction, fabric performance, grading, fit, and manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret test reports and make commercially balanced decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own quality framework from development to production.
• Lead fit sessions and assess product risk.
• Review testing and regulatory compliance across products.
• Influence suppliers, engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Mentor colleagues and share best practice across the business.
• Deputise for Technical Manager when required.
