Job summary

A demolition services recruiting firm in the UK is seeking a qualified estimator to analyze tender documents and manage the pricing of demolition waste removal. The successful candidate will work closely with management and the business development manager to engage new clients. • Qualified estimator with experience in tender analysis.
• Ability to analyse tender documents, architectural drawings, BOQ, specifications and contracts.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and price the removal of demolition waste, including on-site assessments.
• Analyse tender documents, architectural drawings, BOQ, specifications and contracts.
• Work with management to plan disposal of demolition/construction waste.
• Collaborate with the BDM to engage new clients and support business development.
• Represent the company to high standards in all activities.
