A leading hospitality chain in London is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join their vibrant kitchen team. Ideal candidates will have a mastery of various cooking sections, including breakfast and Tandoor, and a passion for providing excellent service. The role offers a minimum of 45 hours weekly, a salary of £31,500 including tronc, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. As part of the team, you will contribute to charitable initiatives, showcasing Dishoom's commitment to community.

As a Dishoomwalle, you contribute 55 meals per shift to this cause.
We’re looking for a talented Demi Chef de Partie to join us. You love to cook and learn new skills; and enjoy the buzz of working in a busy kitchen environment.
You are a master of your section. Whether it is breakfast, fryer, curry or Tandoor, you ensure it’s prepped and ready for a first‑class service, clean and organised at all times.
As you grow and develop with Dishoom, you’ll receive annual pay increases over three years.
