Position Overview

We’re looking for a talented Demi Chef de Partie to join us. You love to cook and learn new skills; and enjoy the buzz of working in a busy kitchen environment.

You are a master of your section. Whether it is breakfast, fryer, curry or Tandoor, you ensure it’s prepped and ready for a first‑class service, clean and organised at all times.

As you grow and develop with Dishoom, you’ll receive annual pay increases over three years.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that breakfast, fryer, curry and Tandoor sections are prepped, ready for service and kept clean and organised at all times.
  • Deliver first‑class service by maintaining high standards in food safety, quality and presentation.
  • Support teamwork and create a positive kitchen atmosphere.
  • Receive annual pay increases over three years as you grow and develop with Dishoom.
Qualifications
  • Mastery of your section, with experience in breakfast, fryer, curry or Tandoor.
  • A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, busy kitchen environment.

What to Expect
  • Contracted minimum 45 hours per week across 5 days.
  • Annual salary £31,500 inclusive of tronc.
  • Monthly pay, flexible weekly rota (Monday – Sunday).
