Job summary

Dishoom Leeds is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our new opening kitchen. You’ll master your section, prep and deliver high‑quality dishes in a fast‑paced, multi‑kitchen environment and contribute to a great team atmosphere from day one.

Starting salary £33,500 per year (tronc included) with a 45‑hour week, a rotating five‑day rota, annual pay increases over three years and a range of staff benefits including dining discounts, wage advances and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Must love cooking and learn new skills.
• Master of your kitchen section (breakfast, fryer, curry or tandoor).
• Able to grow with Dishoom and benefit from annual pay increases over three years.

Demi Chef de Partie/ Chef - Leeds - New Opening!

What To Expect

• Starting salary of £33,500 per year inclusive of tronc. We pay on a monthly basis.
• 45 hours per week, across 5 days.
• Weekly changing rota, requiring flexibility Monday - Sunday.
• Access to our award-winning training programmes and support. We focus on your development from day one and proudly promoted 326 Dishoomwalles last year!
• As you grow and develop with Dishoom, you'll receive annual pay increases over three years.
• The usual number of days holiday a year - paid for, including tronc. Our sites are closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day, and if you have children, we’ll provide one extra day to take them to their first day at school.
• We'll provide the Chef whites!
