Demi Chef de Partie - INKO NITO Soho. Part-time - 32 hours a week. INKO NITO is an unconventional Japanese restaurant serving robatayaki and sushi with a Korean twist. Think relaxed, informal, and fun — right in the heart of Soho. We’re all about bold flavours, good vibes, and a buzzing energy that feels like a Japanese street market with a London edge.

We’re looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at INKO NITO. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-energy, creative environment where fun meets flavour. Our chefs are curious, ambitious, and love working with top-quality ingredients to deliver dishes that keep our guests coming back for more.

  • Support the kitchen in line with our fast-paced, high-volume service.
  • Assist in maintaining quality and consistency across dishes.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie (or strong Commis Chef ready to step up) in a dynamic, high-volume restaurant.
  • A love for cooking over fire, bold flavours, and pushing the boundaries.
  • Knowledge of Japanese or Asian cuisine (preferred but not essential — we’ll teach you our way).
  • A genuine desire to learn, grow, and progress within the kitchen brigade.
  • The ability to stay cool under pressure, with sharp attention to detail.
