The Edinburgh Marriott Hotel Holyrood, operated by Axiom Hospitality, is seeking a Demi Chef De Partie to join our busy kitchen team in Edinburgh. You will be responsible for running a section and contributing to high standards of service in a 4-star hotel environment.

We offer a £29,000 per annum salary, a permanent full-time contract (40 hours per week), and a suite of benefits. You will be joining a motivated team with opportunities for training and progression.

The Marriott Edinburgh Hotel Holyrood is conveniently located in the heart of Edinburgh's historic and beautiful old town. This 4-star hotel and spa in Edinburgh is just a 15-minute walk from Waverley Railway station and the bustle of the city's main thoroughfare, Princes Street.

We are looking for self-motivated, proactive and passionate Demi Chef De Partie to join our Truly Talented kitchen team!

The role of the Demi Chef De Partie is to successfully run a section as a part of the kitchen brigade.

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry with a genuine passion and a creative flair
• Ideally you will have previous experience in working in highly acclaimed venues which have a reputation for great service
• Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision
• Good communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach
