Anchor in Banbury is seeking a Care Team Leader to oversee the care team and ensure high-quality, person-centred dementia care for residents.

You will lead shifts, supervise staff, monitor medication administration, maintain care records, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a supportive environment within a Disability Confident employer.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support care staff during shifts.
• Deliver and oversee person-centred dementia care.
• Administer and monitor medication in line with policies.
• Maintain accurate care records and reports.
• Support residents with daily living activities and emotional wellbeing.
• Liaise with families and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct handovers and escalated concerns appropriately.
• Ensure health and safety, safeguarding, and regulatory standards are met.
• Mentor, supervise, and support the development of care staff.
