Qualifications

• NMC registered adult/mental health/learning disability nurse with significant experience.
• Formal knowledge of dementia acquired through clinical post-graduate training.
• Willingness to complete necessary e-learning courses.

Responsibilities

• Support best practices through advice and role modelling for care staff.
• Provide emotional support and psychosocial interventions to families.
• Develop assessment and care-planning tools for use across the network.
