Job summary

Creative Support is hiring a warm, reliable Support Worker in Ashton-under-Lyne to provide person-centred care for older adults, including those with dementia. You will join a friendly team across two services, assist with activities, and drive a 12-seater minibus as part of daily duties.

No prior care experience is required, as full training is provided, and we encourage caring, proactive individuals to apply. A full, clean driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Passion for person-centred care.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a care setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, administering medication and lone working.
• Engaging service users in a range of activities both inside and outside the home.
• Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families.
• Driving a 12-seater mini bus to local amenities.
• Supporting individuals with limited mobility.
