A global food company in Woking is seeking a Demand Replenishment Analyst to assure the availability of products across all markets. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in supply/production planning within an FMCG environment and strong communication skills to work cross-functionally. Responsibilities

About the role…

This role is known for assuring the of products across all markets through consolidating the requirements of all customers, ensuring the production and shipment of them on-time and in-full, synchronizing customers’ orders with deliveries.

ONE NOMAD
  • Role models and champions the One Nomad way ensuring mindset, behaviour, and actions in the Cluster team to embody our values. Agile and collaborative leader who actively connects and builds networks across markets, functions and COEs, challenging and leading the Cluster team to evolve and clarify their current culture and ways of working.
REPORTNG
  • Maintains and monitors availability, Service Planning and Inventory KPI reporting and identifies abnormal demand patterns of relevant portfolio and flag issues to Demand Planner. Prepares the weekly shipment plans through system (ensure transfer prices and product registrations are properly registered in system) and Consolidates the loads to maximize the usage of the truckers and containers.
AVAILABILITY PLANNING
  • Acts as the primary point of contact towards all countries sourcing from plants and be the interface among the various departments to ensure full delivery of all internal client’s requirements. Manages short term supply / demand disruptions, collaborate with Sales, Customer service, Procurement, Manufacturing, and other business partners to ensure high service. Plans supply replenishment in APO Planning Book / SAP and manages replenishment planning flows, monitoring capacity. Maintains excellent level of cooperation and communication with Suppliers and collaborate proactively with internal and external parties, providing timely information regarding Supply availability necessary and seek alternative solutions effectively address them
DATA MAINTENANCE
  • Supports the New SKU creation in SAP of Coman / Interco SKUs, SKU phase in / phase out plans, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Master data, Demand Planning, Quality. Creates and maintains the customer master data maintenance and reconciliation with O2C providers. Register new SKU’s and countries into the Systems and keep them up-to-dated including TLB, Inventory targets and Safety stock and all the requirements needs.
  • Close management of dedicated SKU’s being discontinued with the aim of minimize business waste ad write-offs
Qualifications

We need someone who can effectively influencing and negotiate. They must have the ability to develop effective working relationships, both internally and externally. Someone who has strong communication skills, with an ability to express ideas, plans and priorities in a concise manner at all levels. They must take a common-sense and pro-active approach and have a desire for continuous improvement

  • Proven experience of Supply / Production / Replenishment planning within an FMCG business is essential.
  • Computer literate including Excel (pivot tables and vlookups) and SAP desirable.
  • Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally across multiple markets.
  • Experience of working closely with logistics and manufacturing to ensure smooth supply chain.
