Job Description: Demand Planning & Sales Management

LSI-Germany GmbH, part of Jack Link's, is a leading manufacturer of meat snacks based in Ansbach. We produce popular brands like BiFi and Peperami, which are market leaders in their segments with a loyal customer base.

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team in the following role:

  1. Inventory Management: Ensure optimal inventory levels by collaborating closely with purchasing and warehousing teams. Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and excess inventory.
  2. Coordination: Work with sales, marketing, and logistics departments to ensure smooth product availability. Support planning and execution of sales promotions and marketing campaigns, including managing product phase-in and phase-out.
  3. Strategic Planning, S&OP: Develop strategies to increase sales, identify market opportunities and risks, and implement measures to boost sales and reduce inventory costs.
  4. Customer Analysis: Analyze customer behavior and market demand to develop targeted sales strategies. Support customer retention and loyalty programs.
  5. Process Optimization: Identify and implement measures to improve demand planning and related processes. Continuously review and adjust processes to increase efficiency.
  6. Risk Management: Assess and manage risks related to demand forecasts and strategies. Develop measures to mitigate these risks.
  7. Experience & Software Knowledge: Several years of experience in demand planning, sales management, or similar roles. Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, APO, IBP, Excel) and demand planning tools. Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (BW, PowerBI) is advantageous.
  8. Communication & Problem Solving: Excellent communication skills in German and English. Ability to collaborate across departments, present analyses clearly, and develop solutions to optimize processes. Proactive, able to work under pressure, with a high degree of assertiveness.
  9. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, support colleagues, and be open to feedback and continuous improvement.
