Demand Planner / Buyer– Luxury FMCG | £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Outstanding Benefits | Kingston, Surrey (Hybrid) 37.5 hour week

Are you a Demand Planner, Junior Buyer, Buying Coordinator ready to take the next step in your career?

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Build and maintain accurate rolling demand and purchase forecasts across multiple premium brands.
  • Manage monthly stock ordering cycles, ensuring timely and accurate replenishment in line with demand forecasts.
  • Monitor and optimise inventory levels, tracking key KPIs and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
  • Prepare monthly stock, forecast accuracy and inventory performance reports.
  • Support continuous improvement in forecasting tools, systems, and processes.

Note: This role does not include pricing negotiations or supplier sourcing.

What We’re Looking For
  • Around 2 years’ experience in demand planning or similar within FMCG, ideally in beauty, health or wellbeing.
  • Highly numerate, analytical, and confident with Excel and forecasting systems (ERP experience a plus).
  • Strong communicator and collaborator – someone engaging, proactive and team-focused.
  • Well-organised, detail-driven and eager to learn from an experienced team of experts.

This isn’t a junior role, but it wouldn’t suit a very senior buyer either — it’s perfect for someone ready to grow, take ownership, and build their expertise within a globally admired brand portfolio.
