Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage weekly MRP runs and supplier orders.
  • Maintain high-quality data, ensuring stock and system parameters are accurate.
  • Monitor and adjust plans to achieve target stock levels and customer delivery performance.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics teams to track shipments and prevent stock outs.
  • Produce and share weekly stock and demand reports with key stakeholders.
  • Support monthly demand reviews and contribute to inventory optimisation initiatives.
  • Partner with commercial and technical teams on forecast updates, new products, and change control.
Profile
Ideal Candidate
  • 3+ year\'s experience in supply & demand planning or inventory management.
  • Strong MRP knowledge and advanced Excel skills (SAP Business One experience desirable).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accountability.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across functions.
  • Supply Chain qualification and/or Mandarin language skills would be an advantage.
