Novanta is seeking a Demand Planner & Scheduler to translate customer demand into achievable production plans at our Taunton site. You will build and manage production schedules, set promise dates based on capacity and materials, and collaborate with production and supply-chain teams to ensure smooth execution.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvements, analytical problem-solving, and strong communication with stakeholders to influence outcomes and drive operational performance.
