  • Develop and maintain SKU-level demand plans under a made-to-forecast inventory model using RPAS (Retail Planning Allocation System)
  • Review NOOS (Never Out of Stock) levels for key core lines to ensure sufficient coverage and support for in‑season replenishment and reorders
  • Perform detailed inbound and supply flow analysis to support seasonal order fulfillment, working closely with Operations and Supply Ops teams to provide data and visibility on order status and delivery timelines
  • Collaborate with Inventory Management and Global teams to identify, assess, and execute actions on excess or underperforming stock, driving sell‑through and minimising liability
  • Lead seasonal alignment meetings with cross‑functional teams including Finance, Sales, Buying, and Account Services, to ensure inventory strategies align with global and regional business goals
  • Identify inventory and supply risks, and implement proactive, data‑driven actions to mitigate issues and protect availability
Qualifications
