As a Demand Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our 24‑month demand plan across product groups and customer segments. You'll be the bridge between Commercial and Supply Chain teams, driving forecast accuracy and enabling smarter decisions.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the demand planning cycle for the UK and Ireland, ensuring workflow completion.
  • Collaborate with Commercial teams to build a consensus-based and bias‑free demand plan.
  • Analyse historical data, market trends, and sales input to generate medium and long‑term forecasts.
  • Drive improvements in forecast accuracy and inventory strategies across product lifecycles.
  • Facilitate the local Sales & Operations process with actionable insights and elevate key updates to the divisional level.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a curious problem‑solving approach.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, comfortable challenging stakeholders with data.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel is required, while experience using planning tools (e.g. Anaplan) is advantageous.
