The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established business based in Gateshead. We are looking for 10 experienced Van Drivers to join the team, delivering to both commercial and residential customers.

Location: Gateshead, NE11 0BE

Job Type: Ongoing work / Temp to Perm opportunities available

Pay Rates:

• £13.50 per hour

Shift Patterns & Start Times:

• 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
• Approx. 12-hour shifts
• 08:00 starts
• Immediate starts available

The Role:

• Door-to-door deliveries to commercial and residential addresses
• Driving a delivery van safely and responsibly
• Ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and on time
• Providing a professional and friendly service to customers
• Following delivery schedules and route instructions
• Handling goods safely throughout the delivery process

Requirements:

• Previous van driving or delivery experience essential
• Maximum of 6 points on your driving licence
• Full, valid UK driving licence
• Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules
