Job summary

Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in Wirral is seeking a Delivery Suite Co-ordinator to join the Maternity Team at Wirral Women and Children's Hospital. The role leads on the Delivery Suite, Eden Suite, Harmony Suite, and Triage, coordinating rotas and delivering high-quality intrapartum care.

You will work with the Delivery Suite Manager to support effective running and clinical leadership across shifts.

Qualifications

• Registered Midwife with current practising status.
• Evidence of study at Level 6 and Level 7.
• Completion of mentorship course and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift on Delivery Suite, Eden Suite, Harmony Suite and Maternity Triage.
• Supervise rotational midwives and support staff across maternity units.
• Provide leadership and clinical care in partnership with the Delivery Suite Manager.
• Out-of-hours management of maternity acuity and staffing.
