Job summary

NEXT is hiring a Delivery Team Member in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on fast, accurate stock processing and delivering great customer service on the sales floor. You will work as part of a busy store team and report to Coordinators or Managers.

Flexible working options are available, and you'll be supported from day one with development opportunities. The role requires practical, hands-on work and a positive, proactive attitude to help customers quickly.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Organised and accurate in handling stock and displays.

Responsibilities

• Process stock quickly and accurately, including scanning and shelving.
• Present stock neatly on the sales floor and in stockrooms.
• Keep tills and work areas clean and tidy for customers.
• Provide fast, friendly service on the sales floor.
• Work as part of the store team under supervision of Coordinators or Managers.
