Job summary

NEXT is seeking a Delivery Team Member for our UK stores. You will ensure stock is perfect and available for customers, and provide fast, friendly service on the shop floor when needed. You will work within a fast-paced team and support store operations across stock and sales areas.

Flexibility in shifts and a focus on great customer experience are essential, with training and development supported from day one. Right to work in the UK is required before start.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, calm demeanor.
• Accurate, thorough and well organised with attention to detail.
• Flexible team player capable of working on the shop floor or in stock areas.

Responsibilities

• Process stock quickly and accurately including scanning, unpacking, hanging and putting stock away.
• Ensure stock is presented well and correctly shelved or stored.
• Keep store areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Provide fast and friendly service on the sales floor when required.
• Work as part of the store team, reporting to Coordinators or Managers.
