Job summary

NEXT is seeking a part-time Stock and Customer Assistant to support fast-paced store operations in our Northampton branch. You will process stock, present products and deliver fast, friendly service on the sales floor and in back areas.

You will work as part of a store team, report to a Coordinator or Manager, and enjoy flexible working options while benefiting from employee discounts and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail oriented and accurate with tasks.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing stock quickly and to the highest standard, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing and stocking away.
• Ensuring stock is presented well on sales floors or in stockrooms.
• Maintaining clean, tidy and organized store areas.
• Providing fast and friendly service on the sales floor or back areas.
• Working as part of the store team, reporting to Coordinators or Managers.
