Job summary

NEXT is hiring a Delivery Team Member to ensure stock is ready and available for customers. The role involves fast-paced stock processing, keeping areas tidy, and offering friendly service on the sales floor. You will join a supportive team with flexible working options and development opportunities from day one.

You will work as part of a store team, reporting to Coordinators or Managers, and participate in both stock duties and customer-facing tasks to help deliver great shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• Accurate, thorough and well organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Friendly, calm and efficient communication under busy conditions.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work on the sales floor when required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing stock quickly and to a high standard (scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, stocking).
• Presenting stock neatly and placing it on floors or stockrooms correctly.
• Keeping store areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Providing fast and friendly service to customers from back or front areas.
• Working as part of the store team and reporting to Coordinators or Managers.
