We are a fast-growing specialist recruitment agency operating in the dynamic and fast-paced blue-collar sector. Since launching, we've experienced rapid expansion and success and we're not slowing down. Due to continued growth, we're looking for two Delivery Consultants to join our thriving team.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Sourcing and screening candidates using a well-managed database, job boards, and inbound applications
  • Building rapport with candidates and maintaining strong relationships throughout the recruitment process
  • Understanding client requirements and matching suitable candidates accordingly
  • Managing and maintaining candidate pipelines for ongoing and upcoming roles
  • Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Communicating regularly with both clients and candidates to ensure smooth placement processes
