Delivery Operations Manager

Location: 620 Warrington Rd, Risley, Croft, Warrington WA3 6BE

Shifts: Saturday - Wednesday, 8am - 5pm

About The Team:

This team is the engine room of our Hello Fresh Delivery Network (HFDN) focused on making sure every customer box gets where it needs to be; on time and in full for our customers in the North West. They are the intermediary between drivers and customers taking on sole responsible for the final mile/home delivery. The Delivery Operations Manager will lead the site, drive performance, own KPIs, and manage delivery service partner (DSP) relationships at a strategic level. This person will be the go‑to escalation point and key contact for wider logistics and cross‑functional teams.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Oversee all final mile operations at site level, ensuring targets are hit and standards upheld
• Own performance metrics, cost control, and daily delivery execution
• Create clear, insightful reports that drive action
• Build strong working relationships with our DSPs — from onboarding through to daily collaboration
• A proactive approach to protect the customer experience
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and support staff
• Foster a high‑performing, collaborative culture where feedback and growth are part of the day‑to‑day

• Leadership experience working in last‑mile delivery or home delivery operations
• Comfortable managing external partners and internal teams in a dynamic environment
• Data‑driven, with a clear head for numbers and performance metrics
• Decisive, calm under pressure, and always customer‑focused
• A natural team builder who enjoys coaching and developing others
