What You’ll Do

• Drive the successful delivery of the customer projects for SkyCell software and IoT projects
• Oversee the end‑to‑end project lifecycle – from planning and budgeting to execution, quality assurance, and risk management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout
• Implement effective project management methodologies and best practices
• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support adoption and minimise disruption
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to assess change impacts on processes, systems, and people, and design mitigation plans
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders through regular updates, progress reviews, and issue resolution
• Prepare detailed project plans, status reports, and documentation to track progress, timelines, and budgets
• Guide and inspire project teams by providing clear direction, support, and motivation to achieve high performance
• Prepare and present project updates and performance reports to management and key stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, ideally leading large‑scale SaaS implementations that include hardware‑as‑a‑service components
• Recognised project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• Strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high‑quality standards
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges, manage risks, and develop effective solutions
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, capable of motivating and guiding cross‑functional teams
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels – both within SkyCell and across customer organisations
