A leading community-focused organization in Manchester seeks a Delivery Manager to enhance service delivery and improve operations. The role involves collaboration with internal teams, managing service transitions, and utilizing performance data to drive efficiency. £50,000 - £58,000 plus great benefits including up to 10% pension contribution (Work Level 5)
Manchester city centre - in this role you’ll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and the office around once a week (and based on business needs)
We’re looking for a Delivery Manager who’s passionate about great service; someone who can help us shape, grow and improve the way we work across Co-op Business Services (CBS). CBS is made up of a number of diverse teams dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable and cost-effective business services across our Co-op. You’ll play a key role in helping CBS to support and realise our group vision of ‘co-operating to build more value for member-owners every day’.
This role is all about working closely with internal partners across the business to understand their needs, ensure we’re delivering on our commitments, and continuously improve the services we provide. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Co-op to spot opportunities, reduce duplication, and make things simpler and more cost-effective.
As a Delivery Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and embedding new services in CBS, ensuring they are strategically aligned and deliver measurable value across the business. You’ll lead the end-to-end transition of new activities into our shared service model, partnering with business units to implement services that are fit for purpose, measurable, and aligned to agreed outcomes.
