Role Purpose / Summary

An additional delivery manager role is required to meet the H2 demand of inbound projects within the AEOI/Sage team. SC is required for this role. The Sage team works in the Advanced Exchange of Information business area to deliver Talend based solutions for new and uplifted tax reporting and exchange regimes with foreign jurisdictions. There are 2 major projects inbound during H2 for which we need an additional Delivery Manager to meet the demand. The delivery manager is expected to be self‑sufficient in the management of their team for the regime they are delivering.

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of the delivery and test team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with the project Software Architect on the technical aspects.
• Plan workload with the engagement manager based on approved Statement of Work.
• Impact and estimate amendments or change requests, providing cost estimates for the effort required.
• Manage Agile ways of working for the team, including sprint ceremonies and cadences.
• Work with Engagement Manager and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with other delivery groups with dependent deliveries within the same regime.
• Work with DPS Live Service to complete handover activities into production.
• Impact effort and estimate future project costs.
• Experience working with technical delivery teams.
• Experience managing workloads on complicated long‑term project deliveries, specifically in Agile delivery method using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience planning large project deliveries and translating effort and cost estimates into Statement of Work responses.
