This will be a fixed‑term contract that should run until March 29th 2026.

We operate a hybrid way of working meaning that you’ll split your time between Faculty’s Old Street office and working from home depending on the needs of the project.

To meet this demand and maintain our high standards of delivery we need skilled Delivery Managers to join us for a temporary period and own end‑to‑end project delivery, build strong customer relationships and help us scale our business.

The role :

We are looking for an exceptional Delivery Manager to join our Applied AI team on a fixed‑term basis.

In this role you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of AI projects for customers across a range of different sectors ensuring successful outcomes, building strong relationships and identifying new commercial opportunities.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients while collaborating with technical teams to apply AI to solve complex real‑world problems.

What you’ll be doing :

• Owning the end‑to‑end delivery of customer projects from initial planning to final implementation.
• Working side‑by‑side with stakeholders to understand mission challenges and user needs.
• Managing project development and ensuring a delivery approach that provides maximum value to the customer.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborating with technical teams and customers to design innovative solutions that solve their business problems.
• Identifying new commercial opportunities and contributing to new business pitches and proposals.
• Developing and mentoring your peers and proactively taking a role in building good processes and practices.

What we’re looking for :

• You have previous experience in professional services, ideally from a consulting technology or data background.
• You take responsibility for the successful delivery of your projects, producing high‑quality written deliverables and reports.
• You have exposure to managing senior stakeholders and possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• You are exposed to working with technical teams and have experience delivering technical projects, ideally in AI.
• You are a practical problem‑solver with a self‑starter mentality capable of identifying what needs to be done and implementing solutions proactively.
