Job summary

A leading supplier of Marine Fuel is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee agile delivery and manage release management processes. This role requires strong experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Manager in complex environments. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage release calendars, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Located in Gibraltar, this role is full-time, requiring relocation. Competitive salary up to £80,000 offered.

Role : Delivery Manager (Commodity Trading)

Type : Full time

A leading supplier of Marine Fuel are looking for a Delivery Manager to join their growing team. This role focuses on orchestrating agile delivery and release management across multiple information systems including Aspect, OutSystems and Business Central.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee agile delivery and coordinated release management across multiple systems and platforms
  • Plan and execute integrated release schedules, including environment readiness, cutover planning, rollback procedures, and audit-compliant documentation
  • Coordinate cross-functional and cross-location teams, ensuring smooth handovers, on-call coverage, and effective communication between time zones
  • Facilitate sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and ensure adherence to Definition of Ready / Done
  • Manage release calendars, CAB submissions, UAT processes, and post-release reporting
  • Track and prioritise defects, technical debt, operational risks, and resource constraints
  • Communicate scope, risks, impacts, and release outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Support disaster-recovery planning, execution, and continuous improvement of delivery processes
Key Requirements
  • Experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Manager in complex, multi-system environments (e.g., ERP, CTRM, web, or bespoke applications)
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, CAB processes, and auditable release frameworks
  • Proven ability to lead multi-team releases across geographically distributed locations
  • Skilled in UAT orchestration, stakeholder engagement, and sign-off processes
  • Familiarity with software development practices, infrastructure, and modern release tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps / TFS)
Desirable
  • Background in trading, physical operations, or CTRM environments
  • Experience with OutSystems, Business Central, or related platforms
