Job summary

Behavox is seeking a Delivery Manager in Belfast to coordinate complex, enterprise client projects, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and delivery standards. The role requires 5+ years in delivery or project management and knowledge of cloud-native technologies and data integration.

You will oversee delivery planning, risk management, and cross-team coordination, with a focus on consistent execution across multiple workstreams in a hybrid setup with the Belfast office.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of structured delivery methodologies used in large-scale client engagements.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures and delivery considerations.
• Knowledge of network connectivity approaches and data types in enterprise environments
• Understanding of project cost levers and time-to-value in revenue recognition
• Knowledge of Behavox’s mission, marketplace, and technologies

Responsibilities

• Owns development and maintenance of delivery schedules, Gantt charts, and RAID logs.
• Manages multiple delivery coordination demands with prioritization.
• Identifies, documents, and tracks delivery risks and issues, escalating as needed.
• Delivers clear oral and written delivery communications to stakeholders.
• Monitors scope adherence and supports formal change processes.
