Delivery Managers support the Delivery Leads within Change Execution in delivering and embedding change, working closely with the business and our delivery partners. The role holder will collaborate with the Business to understand the desired change outcome, define delivery plans and lead teams with the capabilities to ensure the business outcome is achieved, leveraging opportunities and managing challenges. They are involved throughout the full change lifecycle and are typically responsible for defining plans, removing impediments, establishing an environment where the team can be effective and ensuring Change Execution values and principles are adopted. Delivery Managers will focus on ensuring value is delivered with the assets at their disposal. Delivery Managers will usually lead initiatives and teams, managing Business Analysts, Business Test Managers and Associate Business Analysts / Associate Delivery Managers

In this role, you will:
  • Manage complex change initiatives with investment of between $500k and $2m
  • Lead one or more teams comprising between 2 and 10 people
  • Manage change delivery at a project / initiative level
  • Have some influence inside of the department with regards to how change is delivered within Change Execution
  • Support capability uplift within the department aligned to the people strategy
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
  • Experience of delivering change with the ability to plan change and manage risks
  • The ability to manage a team of change delivery practioners
  • Understanding of the change lifecycle
  • Understanding of retail financial service industry, Browser Main Menu or My Workspace knowledge will be advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring buy in and engagement
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, pragmatic and practical

This is a Hybrid role based in Birmingham, Chester, Leeds, Sheffield or Hamilton
