Local Authority in the West Midlands seeks a Delivery Manager to lead major civil engineering and active travel schemes across the highway network, guiding a multi-million-pound capital programme from commission to completion.

This is a senior leadership contract with real influence, overseeing procurement routes, NEC contracts, and a team of Delivery Officers, and acting as Principal Designer under CDM 2015 with accountability for safety.

Qualifications
