MEICA and capital maintenance – Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one‑stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.

What will you be doing?

Responsibilities
  • Drive Growth: Identify and develop new opportunities through strong business relationships.
  • Lead Delivery: Oversee services and contracts, ensuring top performance, safety, quality, and profitability.
  • Shape Success: Support tender and bid preparation for exciting new projects.
  • Build Partnerships: Liaise with clients to foster long‑term, constructive relationships.
  • Set Standards: Develop site‑specific policies aligned with our values and client needs.
  • Empower Teams: Manage and develop staff, creating a positive culture and strong retention.
  • Monitor & Report: Deliver monthly performance reports, highlighting compliance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Champion Safety: Ensure the highest standards of Health & Safety through proactive management.
  • Control Budgets: Manage contract finances effectively.
  • Investigate & Improve: Conduct accident investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay Accountable: Report P&L performance and recover WIP within agreed timescales.
  • Plan Ahead: Prepare risk assessments and method statements as required.
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
