Job description

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead a team of community-based staff and support staff to ensure successful delivery of two Activity Hubs designed to support ex‑offenders into employment. You will be able to maximise the achievement of outcomes and deliver the performance expectations of commissioners.

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum

Location: Preston (the successful candidate will manage hubs in Blackpool and Blackburn)

Ideal candidate

• Ability to effectively lead and manage staff within a community environment
• Ability to confidently present to partner organisations and other stakeholders
• Ability to produce written reports to a good standard
• Track record of achieving tangible performance results
• Good understanding of the Justice Sector and HMPPS
• Good labour market knowledge
• Access to a vehicle with ability to travel to Blackpool and Blackburn
• DBS check/ability to pass prison vetting
