Delivery Manager - Retail - £550-£600 per day (Inside IR35) | 3-Month Rolling Contract | Paddington (23 days per week)

A leading retail client is seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Lead / Delivery Manager with a strong background in agile delivery to drive end-to-end technology initiatives across cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on enabling business transformation to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, scalability, and compliance.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience leading technology delivery or transformation within a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery practices and multi-team coordination.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery pace across complex programmes.
• Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery happens with pace, quality, and alignment. Acting as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, you’ll manage dependencies, surface and remove blockers, and maintain clear communication across all workstreams.
