• Delivery Management - Lead deliveries on all types of projects for a range of customers.

• Proven delivery management experience - Minimum 4 years' experience as a Delivery Manager, delivering technical projects in consultancy or enterprise environments.
• Demonstrable delivery experience - Strong understanding and hands-on experience of a range of delivery methodologies.
• Proven technical management experience - Evidence of managing technical delivery teams to meet defined outcomes under time and cost constraints.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills - A confident communicator with experience of managing senior customer stakeholders, alongside a practical and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
• Excellent coaching skills - Able to embed a culture of ownership, accountability, and shared success.
• Project Management - Excellent organisation, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
• Preferable Experience - Working with or delivering Salesforce, AWS or other major cloud platform projects is desirable.
