Job description

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead a team and to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of community based and prison staff including ensuring timetabling of activities is in place, in conjunction with prison processes for an employability programme designed for ex offenders. You will be able to maximise the achievement of outcomes and deliver the performance expectations of commissioners.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Location: The role is largely field based and you will be visiting hubs and prisons as required across Kent, Surrey and Sussex

The ideal candidate would have:
  • Ability to effectively lead and manage staff within a community environment
  • Ability to confidently present to partner organisations and other stakeholders
  • Ability to produce written reports to a good standard
  • Track record of achieving tangible performance results
  • Good understanding of the Justice Sector and HMPPS
  • Good labour market knowledge
  • Access to a vehicle with ability to travel to Kent, Surrey and Sussex
  • DBS check/ability to pass prison vetting
