This role will be within our demand management and network infrastructure team.
As our Delivery Manager you'll be working on the Thames Water Infrastructure Programmes contract and will be responsible for leading an experienced team to deliver on key metrics for Thames Water. You will manage both maintenance small capital works—including District and Zonal Meters, pressure management and reduction, the CALMS network and high consequence valves— and larger, more complex works, with regular reviews of performance against safety, quality delivery and cost.
You will need to manage safe and quality‑assured delivery of the projects to high standards, ensuring the correct processes and procedures are in place and followed for first‑time, defect‑free delivery. You will also lead stakeholder management across this varied portfolio through proactive engagement and be responsible for the risk management of the programme.
You will be responsible for achieving financial targets while delivering against the client’s regulatory and measured targets, managing, measuring and reporting commercial, operational, schedule and quality information centrally in collaboration with the client. You will lead by example and promote a positive behavioural safety, health, environment and wellbeing culture.
