Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a Hub Manager to lead a team and oversee the smooth day-to-day running of community-based staff, ensuring timetabling of activities is in place, in conjunction with prison processes. Your team will be responsible for supporting outcomes for ex‑offenders.

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum

Location: Luton

Ideal Candidate
  • Ability to effectively lead and manage staff within a community environment
  • Ability to confidently present to partner organisations and other stakeholders
  • Ability to produce written reports to a good standard
  • Track record of achieving tangible performance results
  • Good understanding of the Justice Sector and HMPPS
  • Good labour market knowledge
  • DBS check / ability to pass prison vetting
