The Government Property Agency is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager for the Occupancy Programme. You will oversee delivery of strategy, data capture, and insights across GPA-managed and government estate buildings, ensuring data-driven decisions to reduce the estate and improve sustainability.
You will lead cross-functional teams, translate stakeholder requirements into workable solutions, and manage complex delivery plans with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
The Occupancy Programme within the GPA aims to capture and provide anonymised data on building usage across GPA managed buildings and the wider government estate to support strategic and operational evidence-based decisions that will help make the estate smaller, greener and better. The programme is responsible for providing data at many levels of granularity and works with building managers, client managers and facilities staff across departments to collect data. In addition, the programme is required to build a bespoke messaging system to automate the collection of data from existing infrastructure and work with commercial teams, facilities teams, suppliers and building managers to install infrastructure as required to support stakeholders in having access to the data they need to make informed decisions., The Senior Delivery Manager is a critical role in the delivery of the next stage of the Occupancy Programme responsible for:
