Delivery Manager – Modelling & Data Engineering

Are you passionate about leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation in data, modelling, and forecasting? We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Modelling & Data Engineering team, where you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate, low-latency services and shaping next-generation technology.

What you’ll do:

• Lead cross-functional teams (Data Science, Software Engineering & Data Engineering) to deliver and optimise models and processes.
• Partner with Data Science and Tech Leads to define requirements and manage timelines from idea to delivery.
• Use agile methodologies to ensure quick, effective responses to market trends, product feedback, and technological advancements.
• Act as the main point of contact for modelling-related communications with stakeholders, partners, and customers.
• Define and track KPIs, ensuring results are reported clearly to the business.
• Champion best practices in software development, documentation, and onboarding.

What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in Product or Delivery Management within the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of modelling, and risk management.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (Azure DevOps / Jira), version control (GIT), and reporting dashboards.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• A strong quantitative background (STEM degree or equivalent skills).

Desirable but not essential:

• Knowledge of Data Engineering and machine learning pipelines.
• Experience with .NET, Python, or R.
• Familiarity with the US gaming industry products
